Where can I find a size chart?

What are the height/weight of the models?

Model is 5'3 160lbs and usually wears size medium, however can also fit size small depending on the stretch. 

In each product description we have listed what size the model is wearing and the material of the products used. 

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your tracking number. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, average shipping times are 2-4 business days. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Here at Kharisma Boutique, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns are accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon reception at sales@kharismaboutique.com so that we can resolve it. Note all orders are inspected upon dispatching. 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, we process orders very quickly to make sure you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If urgent, please chat with us online. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer to make changes. If an item is sent back to us due to an incorrect address entered, forwarding issues with your address, or if the package is unclaimed or refused you must pay $8 for the item to be shipped to you again. The order will not be canceled/refunded. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are usually between 2-4 business days via USPS. Currently we ship only in the USA.
